Updating customers account information Register customer complaints in DMS DMS data updating. Active participation in sending invitations / mailers to customers for service promotional activities like free up check campaign or any other customer relation building events Get support on difficult cases (e.g. technical explanation etc) Service marketing activities Handle special customers complaint Route cause analysis of customer complaints Having Good Communication Skills is a necessity for this role Making service reminder calls.
