Finnowell Tech Solutions is hiring skilled and semi-skilled site personnel—including Industrial Helpers, Carpenters, and Scaffolders—for industrial construction, manufacturing, and facility maintenance projects. We are looking for dependable team players committed to workplace safety, precision, and efficiency. Role-Specific Responsibilities: Industrial Helpers: Assist technicians, machine operators, carpenters, and scaffolders on site. Handle, load, unload, and transport construction/manufacturing materials and equipment. Maintain clean, hazard-free workstations and perform basic maintenance tasks. Carpenters: Construct, install, and repair wooden, metal, or formwork structures and temporary fixtures. Read basic drawings/blueprints and accurately measure, cut, and shape timber or composite materials. Set up shuttering, framework, and temporary staging required for structural work. Scaffolders: Erect, modify, and dismantle safety scaffolding, staging, and temporary work platforms. Inspect pipes, couplers, boards, and anchoring systems to ensure stability and safety compliance. Secure high-elevation work areas with proper guardrails, toe-boards, and fall protection gear. General Requirements: Experience: Prior experience on industrial construction or manufacturing sites in your respective role (1+ years preferred; training provided for helpers). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with role-specific tools, safety equipment, and structural assembly. Physical Fitness: Capability for heavy lifting, manual labor, working at heights, and standing for long shifts. Safety & Discipline: Strict adherence to site safety guidelines, PPE protocols, and supervisor instructions.
