By registering on the Platform and creating a worker account, the Worker confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, the Platform Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.

If the Worker does not agree with these Terms, they should not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Platform, the Worker agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies or guidelines issued by the Platform from time to time. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.

2. Purpose of the Platform

BlueCollarJobs.ai operates as a digital platform designed to connect workers with employers and recruiting agents for potential employment opportunities. The Platform acts solely as a technology facilitator that enables communication and job matching between users. BlueCollarJobs.ai does not function as an employer, contractor, recruitment agency, or guarantor of employment and does not participate in employment contracts between workers and employers.

3. Worker Responsibilities

The Worker agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information while registering and using the Platform, including personal details, identification documents, qualifications, and skill information. The Worker further agrees to maintain lawful, honest, and respectful conduct while interacting with employers, recruiting agents, or other users on the Platform. The Worker is responsible for reviewing job details carefully and understanding employment terms before accepting any job opportunity.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

Registration on the Platform does not guarantee employment, placement, or job offers. Employers and recruiting agents independently determine recruitment decisions and employment offers. BlueCollarJobs.ai does not guarantee that a Worker will receive job opportunities or be selected for employment.

5. Worker Due Diligence

Workers are advised to exercise reasonable caution and due diligence when applying for jobs through the Platform. Workers should carefully verify job details, wages, working hours, job location, and employer credentials before accepting any offer. Workers are encouraged to review employment agreements or contracts before accepting work and should avoid making illegal payments or engaging with suspicious job offers. BlueCollarJobs.ai shall not be responsible for disputes or issues that may arise between workers, employers, or recruiting agents.

6. Prohibited Activities

Workers shall not provide false information, submit fake documents, impersonate another individual, or misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities. Workers must not engage in abusive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that may harm other users or the integrity of the Platform.

7. Data Usage and Communication

By registering on the Platform, the Worker consents to the collection, storage, and processing of submitted information for purposes including job matching, identity verification, service improvement, and compliance requirements. The Platform may contact the Worker through phone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, email communications, or platform notifications regarding job opportunities, account verification, and service updates. Data processing shall be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

BlueCollarJobs.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Worker account if false information is provided, platform rules are violated, or fraudulent or unlawful activities are detected. The Platform may also restrict access where complaints, misuse, or regulatory concerns arise.

9. Limitation of Liability

BlueCollarJobs.ai shall not be responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from employment relationships established through the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or performance of employers, recruiting agents, or workers. Any employment relationship formed through the Platform is solely between the Worker and the employer or recruiting agent.

10. Modification of Terms

BlueCollarJobs.ai reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
